2 lbs Monsoon Kitchens® (MK) Tamarind Chutney
32 oz plain low fat yogurt whisked
3 cups chopped red onions
2 cups chopped cilantro
DIRECTIONS
- Fry Monsoon Kitchens Vegetable Samosas as per instructions.
- Heat Monsoon Kitchens Alu Chole as per instructions.
- Fill Monsoon Kitchens Tamarind Chutney in a squeeze bottle.
- Whisk yogurt to a pouring consistency; fill in a squeeze bottle.
Directions to construct samosa
- Gather all the ingredients.
- Press 3 fried Monsoon Kitchens Vegetable Samosas with fork to flatten.
- Spoon 2 to 2.5 ozs. Monsoon Kitchens Alu Choleon samosas
- Spoon on whisked yogurt.
- Drizzle 1 oz. of Monsoon Kitchens Tamarind Chutney on top.
- Garnish with chopped onions and cilantro.
- Serve immediately.
