Cooking Directions

Do not thaw tikkis.

Frying (Recommended)

  1. Fill deep fryer 1/2 full with cooking oil and preheat to 350º F.
  2. Fry 20 to 30 vegetable tikkis for 4-6 minutes until golden brown*.
  3. Remove tikkis intermittently from oil to prevent darkening.
  4. Drain and serve tikkis with our tamarind chutney or cilantro chutney.

Air Fryer

  1. Preheat air fryer.
  2. Fill air fryer basket with a single layer of vegetables tikkis. Cook tikkis at 350º F on FROZEN setting for 10 minutes. Pause and shake halfway through cooking time*.
  3. Serve tikkis with our tamarind chutney or cilantro chutney.

Conventional Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 350º F. Place frozen tikkis on a greased baking sheet and lightly spray with oil.
  2. Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Serve tikkis with our tamarind chutney or cilantro chutney.

Use caution as filling may be hot. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed.
*Product must be cooked thoroughly to 165º F for food safety and quality.
