Pakora Caprese Salad
- 4 lbs Monsoon Kitchens® (MK) Vegetable Pakoras
- 2 lbs mozzarella balls thinly sliced
- 1 bag arugula
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes thinly sliced
- Thaw Monsoon Kitchens® Vegetable Pakoras under refrigeration.
- Crisp in oven at 350° F for 5-6 minutes or deep fry at 350° F for 45 seconds.
- Flatten pakoras with fork.
- Top with a rocket of arugula.
- Place a slice of mozzarella on top of arugula.
- Top with a sliced cherry tomato .
