Rusty enjoys spending time with his family and friends, cooking, traveling, and serving the community. He is married to his wife, Erin and has two children, Riley(6) and Jack(5).
Jan comes to us with over 21 years of experience in a foodservice broker administrative sales support role, with great energy and passion for her work.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading and gardening.

BOSTON, Mass. – Monsoon Kitchens, authentic ready-to-serve Indian cuisine, announces the addition of over 20 year culinary veteran, Srinivas Ramachandran, to their growing team. Ramachandran will be based out of the Chicago, IL area as a vital member of the Monsoon Kitchens national culinary and sales team.
“We look forward to adding his authentic experience and fusion creativity to the Monsoon Kitchens team and highlighting his special insights and recipes on our new interactive website and blog which launched last week” states Co-Founder of Monsoon Kitchens, Swati Elavia.
“Chef Srini” started his journey into the food industry at culinary school in the silicon valley of India-Bangalore. Immediately following, he continued creating beautiful taste bites of international cuisine while increasing his experience through the ranks of Taj Mumbai, Wyndham, Cheesecake Factory, Sodexo and Compass Dining.
His blended passion for food with an entrepreneurial spirit is reflected through launching Spice it Up restaurant in Naperville, IL and being awarded Regional Chef of the Year with Compass Group in 2015.
When he is not cooking, Chef Srini enjoys socializing, travelling, and discovering new flavors at every given opportunity.
