Ground Chicken/Beef Curry
Servings 40 5 oz. servings
- 4 lbs Monsoon Kitchens® (MK) Curry Sauce
- 10 lbs ground chicken or beef
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 cups chopped cilantro
Thaw Monsoon Kitchens® Curry Sauce in refrigerator or in a hot water bath.
Heat oil in a skillet and sauté ground chicken or beef until browned.
Add sauce to chicken/beef and simmer until temp reaches 165° F.
Garnish with chopped cilantro.
Serve with basmati rice or naan.
