Cucumber Raita
Servings 25 two oz servings
Ingredients
- 32 ozs plain yogurt
- 2 cups cucumber - peeled and grated
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp salt (more to taste)
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper/black pepper
Instructions
- Peel, wash and grate cucumber.
- Whisk yogurt.
- Add grated cucumbers, cilantro, salt, sugar and other spices.
- Mix well. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve cold.
